Log in to DHS Learning

Once you have your username and password, you're ready to begin learning! Access the site and log in using the info you received by email.

Ready to log in?

With your account information ready, go to the DHS Learning login page (you can click the link or enter the web address into the address bar at the top of your Internet browser:

To Log in:

  1. Enter your username in the Username field.
    (DHS employees: your username is your u-number with a lowercase “u”. Contractors: your username will likely be your CTR email address.)
  2. Enter your password in the Password field (if this is your first time logging in, enter the temporary password you were given).
  3. Select the Log In button.

First-time Users:

After you update your temporary password, you can find, enroll in, and begin taking courses!

All new DHS learners are automatically enrolled in the Mandatory Reporting of Abuse and Maltreatment course (although there may be a short delay before you can access all of your available courses). It will appear under Recent Learning on your dashboard, along with any other training you’re enrolled in. Simply click the course name to launch it!
