The DHS Learning password reset email might be blocked by some email programs. If this happens and you don’t receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a temporary password, the Help Desk can reset your password manually.
To request a manual password reset, email your full name and uNumber to the Help Desk at email@example.com, with “DHS Learning password reset” in the email subject line. The Help team will send you a temporary password within one business day.
When you log in, the system will automatically prompt you to update your temporary password.
Here’s an example email:
My name is Laura Learner, u123456. Please reset my DHS Learning password.
